I am writing to wish you a very happy holiday season,
The holidays are a time to give thanks & reflect on those we hold dear. Thank you all for supporting and helping me in the project in Africa, therefore helping a lot of dear African friends. Last year at this time I was a few days of my departure to this African journey; I remember this time like it was now: feeling overwhelm from the help, generosity and support... Thank you!

During my stay there I was also teaching them yoga (see pics)...
I collected nearly 40 yoga mats that I am washing as we speak and about to send there in Kenya for the girls to practice yoga off the concrete floor!

Thank you, Eric, for the reminder to reflect back on how much has been accomplished. You've made a real and measurable difference in so many lives!
After reading your post, I decided to reflect back on all that I've done this year and where I've made a difference - a wonderful way to end one year and begin the next :-) All of your images are wonderful, yet I absolutely love the last picture of you in the basement doing laundry!
